AXIVAQ provides tools for organizations to manage users, permissions, operational workflows, and related business data. When an organization provides your account, that organization may control the information processed through its workspace.
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to AXIVAQ websites, applications, and services that link to it. It does not apply to third-party services or to an organization's own privacy practices.
If you use AXIVAQ through an employer or another organization, that organization may be responsible for deciding how your workspace information is used. Questions about that data should be directed to the relevant workspace administrator first.
2. Information we collect
We may collect the following categories of information:
- Account information: your name, email address, login credentials, profile details, organization, and assigned roles.
- Workspace content: information you or your organization submit, upload, or create while using the service.
- Usage and device information: interactions with the service, IP address, browser and device details, approximate location derived from IP, and diagnostic logs.
- Communications: messages and information you provide when requesting support or otherwise contacting us.
3. How we use information
We use information to:
- provide, maintain, and improve AXIVAQ;
- authenticate users and manage workspace permissions;
- process requests and support operational workflows;
- protect the service, users, and organizations from abuse;
- communicate about the service and respond to support;
- comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on the performance of a contract, our legitimate interests, consent, or compliance with legal obligations, depending on the context.
5. Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet contractual commitments, comply with law, resolve disputes, and protect the security and integrity of our systems. Retention periods vary based on the type of information and why it was collected.
Workspace administrators may have tools or policies that affect how long organization-controlled content is retained.
6. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access to your account or workspace.
7. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information, or to request a portable copy. You may also have the right to withdraw consent and appeal a decision about a privacy request.
You can update some account information within the service. For organization-managed accounts, submit requests to your workspace administrator. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request, and some exceptions may apply under law.
8. International transfers
AXIVAQ and its service providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live. Where required, we use recognized safeguards for these transfers and protect the information as described in this policy.
9. Children's privacy
AXIVAQ is intended for business and organizational use and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age at which parental consent is required in their jurisdiction.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as our services or legal requirements change. We will post the revised policy here and update the date at the top. If a change is material, we may also provide notice through the service or another appropriate method.
11. Contact us
To ask a privacy question or exercise a privacy right, contact the AXIVAQ team through the support channel provided within the service. If your account is managed by an organization, contact your workspace administrator for requests concerning workspace data.
